Join our six IWCA honourees in our annual virtual summit on November 7 at 12 p.m. ET. Featuring our hand-selected group of honourees as well as other prominent ag trailblazers, this live, free event will provide a platform for invaluable mentorship and knowledge as our guests share their experience, life lessons and more.

Held since 2020, Influential Women in Canadian Agriculture (IWCA) and the IWCA Summit provide valuable discussions on balance, communication and leadership. Our live, virtual format allows those working in all facets of agriculture to join in from any environment, ask questions and learn from the best.

Much has been said about the experience of women in farming, but little has been measured. Andrea will share insights from groundbreaking new research that sheds light on the unique experiences of farm women while drawing on her personal experience in managing her family farm. She will discuss the challenges farm women continue to face and highlight opportunities to foster a transformative shift in the industry to empower Canada’s farm women.
